NTL BOYS' SOCCER: TROY GETS UP EARLY BUT FALLS TO GALETON (2024-09-18)

GALETON — Troy led at the half, but a 4-goal second half from Galeton gave them a 5-2 win during NTL soccer action Wednesday.

Hart Houseknecht and Landon Jenkins both found the back of the net in the first. Jenkins’ goal was scored on a header.

However, the Tigers regrouped at the half to get the win.

Galeton out shot Troy 11-10 with Troy getting a 7-3 edge in corner kicks.

Timothy Hornung made 14 saves in net for Troy.

Troy (0-11) is at NEB on Saturday with a 4 p.m. start time.
