NTL CROSS-COUNTRY: KING PACES WYALUSING GIRLS TO TOP 10 FINISH AT BLOOMSBURG INVITATIONAL (2024-09-28)
Northern Tier Sports ReportBLOOMSBURG — The Wyalusing girls’ cross-country team had a top 10 finish at the Bloomsburg Invitational on Saturday.
The Rams took ninth with 284 places as Danville (42) won.
Megan King (21:17.4) took 28th to lead Wyalusing with Riley Porter (22:36) in 42nd.
Camryn Gesford (24:04) finished 79th, Marci Gowin (25:46.1) was 103rd, and Kira Allen (25:47.8) rounded out the top five in 107th.
On the boys’ side Trennan Tewksbury paced the Rams with a 34th place finish in 17:46.6.
Jack Fischer (19:44) was 105th, and Parker Cunningham (19:59.6) took 116th.
