NTL VOLLEYBALL: TOWANDA FALLS ON THE ROAD TO NPL (2024-10-03)
Northern Tier Sports ReportLIBERTY — Towanda fell 3-0 to the defending NTL Large School champions, NP-Liberty, during volleyball action Thursday.
The Knights lost the sets 25-12, 25-18, and 25-21.
Karis Flynn had 15 assists, seven digs, five points, three kills, two blocks, and an ace for Towanda as Brooklyn Evans notched 12 digs, eight kills, and three blocks.
Alyssa Dulaney had 12 digs and three points, with Brynsen Vargason finishing with 16 digs, two kills, and two points.
Lariah Long had seven digs, six points, and two kills as Kendall Kellogg had four points, two aces, four kills, and two digs.
Layla Miller notched five digs, Kaya Johnson had a kill with three blocks, as Caedence Wells and Lillie Maynard had one dig apiece.
Towanda lost the JV match 25-20 and 25-16.
Alayna Rankin had eight points, three aces, and a dig for the Knights as Ali Hollett had seven assists, one dig, and one point.
London Decker notched three kills and two digs, with Kylie Barnes finishing with three points, three kills, and a dig.
Kellogg had three points, an ace, with a kill, Hannah Crawford had two digs with a kill, Nozila Ismailova and Reese Sullivan both had a dig as Molly Roberts added two points.
Towanda will travel to Canton on Tuesday.
