AOW: TOWANDA'S DUNN, CANTON'S WARD POST BIG WEEKS (2024-10-13)

While Fall sports are winding down performances are starting to heat up as teams head into playoff races and battle for league championships.

Towanda’s Anna Dunn broke the school record in goals scored this past week as she had five in her team’s 6-1 win over NEB. Dunn is now the all-time leader in goals for the Black Knights, earning her the Female Athlete of the Week honors.

Canton’s Holden Ward returned from injury in a big way this past week. He accounted for four touchdowns - two rushing, one receiving, and one passing - as the Warriors pulled away from Wellsboro for a much needed win. His performance earns him the Male Athlete of the Week honors.
