YOUTH: CANTON REACHES FINAL FOUR AT 5TH-AND-6TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT (2024-10-19) Northern Tier Sports Report ATHENS — Canton reached the semifinals of the 5th-and-6th NTL volleyball tournament Saturday where they lost to eventual champions Towanda.
In pool play Canton was third, going 2-3.
They took two against Athens, losing the first set 25-19 but winning the next two 25-19, and 15-4. They were swept by NEB, falling 25-22, and 25-13.
In bracket play they defeated Troy in the opening round before losing to Towanda.
