AOW: TROY'S CHIMICS, ANDRUS POST BIG WEEKS IN BIG WINS (2024-10-20)

The regular season is coming down to the nitty gritty for several sports as league races heat up, with performances to match.

Troy’s Lincoln Chimics had quite the night at Central Mountain with three touchdowns in three different ways. He had a 70-yard punt return for a score, a 30-yard run, and a caught a 36-yard pass from Evan Woodward in their 62-10 win, earning him the Male Athlete of the Week honors.

On the volleyball court Troy’s Aryana Andrus had a big week helping the Trojans earn two big back to back wins against NPL and Wellsboro to take control of the NTL Large School standings. She finished with 33 kills and eight blocks on the week to earn the Female Athlete of the Week honors.
