TROY'S KNAPP HELPS TRAVEL TEAM TO TOURNAMENT TITLE (2024-11-13)

Troy freshman Erinn Knapp helped the Impact Caymol 16U to a 5-0 record at the Veterans Showcase in Atlanta this past weekend.

The Georgia based team is ranked eighth in the nation. They defeated Quaker Nationals 15-0, Iowa Gold National 17-0, Carolina Elite Nat’l Fussetti 10U 10-0, RI Thunder 16U 13-0, and Wasco Diamonds 13-0 in the final game.

Knapp threw eight innings over the weekend, giving up no runs on two hits, two walks, with nine strikeouts. At the plate she was 3-for-8 with 3-RBI and three runs scored.
