TOWANDA — There wasn’t a quiet part of the Towanda pool on Monday as the Black Knight swim team filled every lane and then some during practice Monday.

Both boys and girls are enjoying bigger numbers for this season as they look to continue to get more competitive as individuals, relays, and teams.
