The Towanda junior high boys’ basketball team picked up a sweep against NP-Mansfield, with the A team winning 36-29, and the B team winning 43-4.

Brayden Cox and Patrick McPeak had seven points each for Towanda as Gabe Wolf and Dempsey Stevens each scored six.

Harper Welles netted five, Ryot Vester scored four, and Jason Wickwire added one.

Cox had 10 points to lead Towanda in the B game, while Stevens scored eight. Ryan Hemphill, Ray Vanderwal, and Scott Kjelgaard had six points apiece.

Deegan Blumenauer netted five, with Cooper Aukema scored two.
