FOOTBALL
Friday, December 6
Troy vs Central Clarion at Cumberland Valley, 1 p.m.: The Trojans are finally here, the Class AA title game, but will have their toughest foe yet in Central Clarion. The Wildcats have mercy ruled their last three opponents, and beat South Park 55-0 in the other semifinal.
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
Tuesday, December 3
NEB at Montrose, 7:30 p.m.: The Panthers hit the road to start their season as they travel to the Meteors.
Friday, December 6
Canton at Galeton Tournament: The Warriors head west as they look to defend their tournament title.
Wyalusing at Blue Ridge, 7:30 p.m.: The first half of the Bradford-Susquehanna Challenge as the Rams look to get off to a strong start.
Towanda at Candor, 7:30 p.m.: For the second year in a row Towanda starts the season North of the border, this time traveling to Candor.
NEB at Montgomery Tournament: The Panthers head south to the annual Kyle Lynn Memorial Tournament, which they won last year.
Saturday, December 7
Canton at Galeton Tournament: The Warriors wrap-up day two of their opening season tournament.
Wyalusing vs Susquehanna at Blue Ridge, 1 p.m.: The Rams face off with Susquehanna at Blue Ridge as part two of the showcase.
NEB at Montgomery Tournament: The Panthers wrap-up the second day of the season opening tournament.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
Wednesday, December 4
Delaware Valley at Wyalusing, 6:30 p.m.: Wyalusing’s tough early schedule continues as they take on a Class 6A squad.
Thursday, December 5
Elk Lake at NEB, 7:30 p.m.: The Panthers open the season at home against their rivals from across the county border.
Friday, December 6
Canton at NP-Liberty Tournament: The Warriors travel down winding Route 414 to open their season at the annual tournament.
Saturday, December 7
Canton at NP-Liberty Tournament: The Warriors wrap-up the second day of the season opening tournament.
Central Columbia at Troy, 1:30 p.m.: The Trojans open the season with District IV, Class AAAA power Blue Jays.
Blue Ridge at NEB, 2:30 p.m.: The Lady Panthers finish the week with another non-league girls contest at home against a Susquehanna county team.
Towanda vs Loyalsock at Mansfield University, 6 p.m.: The night capper of a triple-header with the two MU teams as they host Edinboro. The Knights open the season against District IV power Loyalsock.
WRESTLING
Tuesday, December 3
Wyalusing at Montgomery, 7 p.m.: The Rams open with a tough one on the road as the Red Raiders were in the top four of the District IV Duals last year.
Thursday, December 5
Montrose at NEB, 7 p.m.: The Panthers open up things at home with the Meteors.
Saturday, December 7
Wyalusing hosts Gary Woodruff Duals, 9 a.m.: Wyalusing opens the season at home with their annual duals tournament.
Troy, Towanda, NEB at Jarvis Memorial Tournament: Troy will be competing on the boys’ side, with Towanda and NEB girls’ teams competing on the female side.
SWIMMING & DIVING
Saturday, December 7
Shamokin at Towanda, 11 a.m.: The Knights start things early with a non-league swim match at home.
