NTL GIRLS' WRESTLING: NEB'S KOLESAR, LAMBERT BOTH MEDAL AT QUEEN OF THE HILL (2024-12-14)

HONESDALE — NEB had two medal winners at the Queen of the Hill competition on Saturday.

Anaiah Kolesar (124) took home third place while Ava Lambert (148) was fifth.

Kolesar went 4-1 on the day, winning her third place match with an 18-1 tech fall. Her only loss was to the eventual champion, High Point’s Elle Changaris, 18-3.

Lambert went 4-2 on the day to take fifth, taking the fifth place bout by medical default. Her three other wins were by fall.

Cora Franklin (155) and Riley Lamson (136) both went 0-2 on the day.
