NTL GIRLS' BASKETBALL: HIGH SCORING TROY ROUTS NP-MANSFIELD (2025-01-18)

TROY — For the third time in four games Troy girls’ basketball eclipsed the 70-point mark, rolling past NP-Mansfield, 71-30, during NTL action Friday.

The Trojans jumped out to a 17-5 first quarter and never looked back against the Tigers.

Giana Renzi netted 18 points to lead Troy, with Gloria Andrews scoring 14. Kailyn Sterling chipped in with 11, as Madelyn Seeley finished with eight.

Alyssa Parks netted seven, with Ella VanNoy, and Kendall Allen scoring four points apiece. Camdyn Rogers added three, as Kyah Renzo scored two.

Andrew was hot early, hitting two first quarter threes en route to eight points as she paced the Trojan first quarter effort.

Troy added 19 more points in the second behind nine from Renzi to take a 36-14 lead at the half.

A 21-point third quarter secured the win for the Trojans seven different players scored in the frame.

Troy (9-4) will host Sayre with a 6 p.m. start next Tuesday.
