WILLIAMSPORT — Wyalusing’s Alexa Jayne took fifth at the District IV Girls’ Wrestling Championships to advance to the regional tournament in two weeks.

Jayne (148) went 2-2 on the day, opening with a loss by fall, then coming back to win by fall. She lost 9-1 in the consolation semifinals, before getting a pin in the fifth place match over Danville’s Jadelyn Sarviss in the fifth place match.
