WYALUSING — It’s a new era for Wyalusing baseball as they say good-bye to one of the best classes in program history, and hello to a new bunch, along with new head coach Robert Galloway.

“Let’s plug and play,” Galloway said about his strategy when he came on board. “It’s more of a reloading, not a rebuilding.”

Galloway has been coaching nearly non-stop since he was 21.

“I’ve been doing it for 20-plus years now in different areas,” he said. “My fiancé, she’s a teacher. She took a teaching job here, and the opportunity came up to do it here, and my resume says it all.”

Despite the roster turnover the Rams are looking to defend their district title this season.
