NTL BOYS' BASKETBALL: TROY HEADLINES NTL ALL-STARS (2025-04-01)
Northern Tier Sports ReportTroy took home four of the five major awards for the NTL Boys’ Basketball All-stars, with Evan Woodward being named the Player of the Year.
Lincoln Chimics is the Defensive Player of the Year, Jack Burbage is the Offensive Player of the Year, and the Coaching Staff of the Year goes to Troy.
NPM’s Jason Harer is the Sixth Player of the Year.
The Large School first team consists of Woodward, Burbage, Chimics, NPM’s Cooper Shaw, Troy’s Joseph Frye, and Towanda’s Boom Thompson.
On the second team are Troy’s Trey Teribury, and Spencer Martin, Towanda’s Darrius Farrell, and Markell Garner, Wellsboro’s Mitchel Lechler, and NPM’s Alex Davis, and Brady Stetter.
The Small School first team is made up of Sayre’s Nick Pellicano, and Hudson Trump, Canton’s Ben Fitch, NPL’s Blake Oakley, NEB's Cooper Brown, and Williamson’s Jack Nolan.
On the second team are NEB’s Tanner Herb, Sayre’s Zach Senese, and Ryan Ressler, and NPL’s Adynn Wheeland, Luke Kreger, and Louis Mercantino.
