NTL BOYS' TENNIS: TOWANDA FALLS TO CENTRAL COLUMBIA (2205-04-03)

- Towanda fell 5-0 to Central Columbia during NTL Boys’ tennis action Thursday.
At first singles Black Knight Bayley Poll came the closest to getting a win, falling in three sets to David Toscano 5-7, 6-0, 6-4.
At second singles Towanda’s Rian Hennessy lost 6-0, 6-2 to Sohan Patel, while Central Columbia’s Ben Kehres won by forfeit at third singles.
At first doubles Towanda’s duo of Matrix McCarter, and Jameson Harkness lost 6-0, 6-2 to Micah Zimmerman, and Lake Kulpers.
At second doubles the Black Knight team of Ethan Lane, and Domnic Johnson lost 6-0, 6-0 to Wesley Rosler, and Wyatt Hall.
In exhibition action Central Columbia’s team of Nick Britton, and Arthur Grimsley beat Lane, and Johnson 6-0, 6-0.
Towanda (2-2) will host CV next Thursday with a 3 p.m. start.
