YOUTH: TOWANDA, TROY JUNIOR HIGH SOFTBALL EARN SPLIT (2025-04-15)

Towanda and Troy split a pair of junior high softball games recently. The Knights won the A game 9-4, while the Trojans took the B game 4-3.

In the A game Towanda won 9-4 as Taylor Aquilio had a double, a triple, and three runs scored, with Kaylen Sluyter getting two hits, and two runs.

Maris Cobb had a double, a single, and two runs, Ryann Kithcart notched two hits, with two runs scored, and Kendal Cook finished with two hits, including a double. 

Cook also struck out 11 in the win.

For Troy Madison Morgan had three hits, including a double, as Izzy Renzi, and Jordyn Sheeley had a hit, and run each. Nolan Tauefa also had a hit.

Sheeley struck out seven.

Troy won the B game 4-3.

Lily Weaver had three hits with a run scored, as Ally Allen, and Morgan each had a hit with a run. Renzi notched a double.

Weaver struck out 12 in the win.

For Towanda Kyleigh Chilson had a triple, a single, and a run scored, with Lily Bartholomew getting two hits. Maci Alexander scored twice, and Adaleigh Jankowsky struck out four.
