NTL BOYS' TENNIS: POLL WINS BUT TOWANDA FALLS IN TEAM DISTRICTS (2025-04-24)

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT — Towanda lost 4-1 to South Williamsport in the first round of the District IV boys’ tennis team playoffs Thursday.

Bayley Poll at first singles was their lone win, beating Wyatt Robbins 6-2, 6-2.

South took the next two singles matches and both doubles matches.

At second singles South’s Sawyer Fry won 6-2, 6-0 over Rian Hennessy, while at third singles Carson Harris beat Towanda’s Matrix McCarty 6-2, 6-0.

At first doubles South’s team of Lucas Bower and Dylan Webb beat Jameson Harkness and Dominic Johnson 6-0, 6-0. Towanda forfeited second doubles.
