WYALUSING — Wyalusing softball fell 8-0 to Northwest during non-league action Friday.

The Rangers jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first, then scored two more in the third. They pulled away with five runs in the fourth.

Josie Ferris (2-for-3) led the Rams as Kyla Carpenter (1-for-3), Rachel Wilson (1-for-3), and Treanna Nickeson (1-for-3) also had hits.

Addison Fluck started, and takes the loss, going four innings with eight strikeouts, one walk, nine hits, and nine runs. Callie Warner tossed the final two innings, striking out three with one walk, one hit, and no runs.

Wyalusing (7-8) travels to Wellsboro on Tuesday.
