NTL TRACK & FIELD: PALFREYMAN PACES WYALUSING AT NTL CHAMPIONSHIPS (2025-05-10)

ATHENS — The Wyalusing girls’ track and field team took eighth with 44 points at the NTL Championships on Friday.

Gabrielle Palfreyman was second in the discus (94-feet, 5-inches) and third in the shot put (33-feet, 4-inches), as Abby Trowbridge took fourth in the high jump (4-feet, 6-inches), and was fifth in the long jump (15-feet, 1/4-inches).

Lia Hart and Storey Newell both tied for sixth in the pole vault at 6-feet, with Megan King taking seventh in the 300 hurdles (54.15). Ava King was seventh in the triple jump (31-feet, 2-inches) as Ashlyn Neiley took seventh in the javelin (87-feet, 2-inches).

Addi VanDerPool was eighth in the javelin (82-feet, 4 1/2-inches), with their 4x400 (4:40.37), and the 4x800 (11:33.25) both taking fourth.
