NTL TRACK & FIELD: A SCHEDULE OF NTL ATHLETES (2025-05-22)

Northern Tier Sports Report
The PIAA Track and Field Championships are organized chaos with all the events, heats, and people. Here is a breakdown of where and when the NTL athletes will be competing this weekend.

FRIDAY MORNING

Izzy Larson, Towanda, 1600, 9 a.m. - She will be in the second of three heats.

Gracelyn Laudermilch, NEB, 1600, 9 a.m. - She will be in the third of three heats.

Lauren Kosek, Wellsboro, 1600, 9 a.m. - She will be in the third of three heats.

Creed Dewing, NEB, 1600, 9 a.m. - The Class AA boys races will be after the girls. Dewing will be in the second of three heats.

Ben Warburton, Troy, Long Jump, 9 a.m. - They will likely start with flights before the championships. Warburton’s high seed means he’ll jump near the end of the flights.

Piper Hoprich, Wellsboro, 100 Preliminaries, 10 a.m. - She is in the fourth heat, fourth lane as the second seed.

Abby Burgess, Athens, 100 Preliminaries, 10 a.m. - She will run after the Class AA girls. Burgess is in the fourth heat, third lane.


FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Wellsboro girls, 4x100, noon - They are in the first heat, second lane.

Brynn Woodruff, Towanda, Javelin, 12:30 p.m. - She is the top seed and will likely throw last in the last heat.

Dylan Johns, Wyalusing, High Jump, 12:30 p.m. - He is seeded at 6-feet, 1-inches. They do five alive.

Luke Kreger, NP-Mansfield, High Jump, 12:30 p.m. - He is seeded at 6-feet, 1-inches. They do five alive.

Varrius Farrell, Towanda, Discus, 12:30 p.m. - He is seeded in the middle of the pack.

Alyssa Parks, Troy, 300 hurdles Preliminaries, 2:30 p.m. - She is in the first heat, third lane.

Piper Hoprich, Wellsboro, 200 Preliminaries - She is in the fourth heat, fourth lane.

Abby Burgess, Athens, 200 Preliminaries - She is in the second heat, second lane of Class AAA.

Ben Warburton, Troy, 200 Preliminaries - He is in the third heat, fifth lane.

Marco Quiros, Sayre, 200 Preliminaries - He is in the fourth heat, second lane.


SATURDAY MORNING

Gracelyn Laudermilch, NEB, 3200, 9 a.m. - It will be the first race of the day.

Lauren Kosek, Wellsboro, 3200, 9 a.m. - It will be the first race of the day.

Kendall Kitchen, Canton, Pole Vault, 9 a.m. - She is seeded high at 10-feet, 6-inches.

Alexis McRoberts, Canton, Shot Put, 9 a.m. - She will likely be in the second flight.

Olivia Meisner, Williamson, Shot Put, 9 a.m. - She will likely be in the second or third flight.

100 finals, 10:50 a.m. - If Hoprich or Burgess make a final this is when they will run.


SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Aiden O’Neil, Williamson, Pole Vault, 12:30 p.m. - He is seeded high at 14-feet.

Avery Sens, Troy, Shot Put, 12:30 p.m. - He will likely be in the second flight.

Varrius Farrell, Towanda, Shot Put, 12:30 p.m. - He will likely be in the second or third flight.

Jace Babcock, Athens, High Jump, 12:30 p.m. - He is seeded at 6-feet, 5-inches.

300 Hurdle Finals, 1:55 p.m. - If Parks makes a final she will run first.

Gracelyn Laudermilch, NEB, 800, 2:25 p.m. - She is in the first heat.

Sara Bronson, Athens, 800, 2:25 p.m. - She is in the first heat of the Class AAA race.

200 Finals, 3 p.m. - If Hoprich makes a final she will run first, if Burgess makes a final she will run second, if Warburton and/or Quiros make a final they will run in the third race.
