NTL SOFTBALL: WYALUSING DROPS D4 SEMIFINAL TO SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT (2025-05-25)

WILLIAMSPORT — Wyalusing fell to the defending District IV champions, South Williamsport, 10-0 in five innings during Class AA semifinal softball action Saturday.

The Rams kept it close early as South was up 1-0 after one, and 3-0 after two.

Another run in the third made it 4-0 Mounties, then they pushed the lead to 6-0 after fourth. In the fifth the dam burst as they scored four runs to secure the win.

Treanna Nickeson (1-for-2) had a first inning triple as Wyalusing’s lone hit. 

In the circle Addison Fluck went 4 2/3-innings with three strikeouts, four walks, and 10 hits.

Wyalusing finished the year 13-9.
