TOWANDA — Towanda boys’ hoops were runners-up at their Summer Tip-off Tournament on Saturday.

In the semi-finals they beat Troy, with Waverly besting Jersey Shore on the other side. Waverly won the finals 36-33.

The teams in the field included Towanda, Wellsboro, Troy, Sullivan County, NEB, NP-Liberty, Wyalusing, Sayre, Athens, Waverly, Tioga, Jersey Shore, Elk Lake, Hughesville, Muncy, and Meadowbrook.
