NTL TRACK & FIELD: AREA ATHLETES EARN ALL-STATE HONORS (2025-07-25)
Northern Tier Sports ReportThe Penntrackxc released their 2025 Track and Field All-star team, with several area athletes making the lists.
For Troy Kendrick Ross was a boys’ first team selection for high jump at 6-feet, 5-inches, while he also made the All-Sophomore team.
Avery Sens made second team for shot put (52-feet, 3 3/4-inches), with Ben Warburton earning second team for long jump (22-feet, 9 3/4-inches), which was good enough to get him on the All-Senior team.
Cameron Morey earned third team honors for high jump (6-feet, 3-inches).
On the girls’ side Alyssa Parks made third team for the 300 hurdles (46.56) and honorable mention for pole vault (10-feet).
Wyalusing’s Dylan Johns earned first team on the boys’ side for high jump (6-feet, 6-inches), along with making the All-Junior team.
Jonathan Earle was a third team member for pole vault (13-feet), while also making the All-Junior team.
Joshua Palfreyman made the All-Freshman team in discus (122-feet, 2-inches).
For Towanda Varrius Farrell was second team in the shot put (52-feet, 10 1/4-inches) and third team in discus (149-feet, 3-inches). He also made the All-Senior team for shot put.
Brynn Woodruff made first team and the All-Junior team for javelin (140-feet, 5-inches), while their 4x800 relay made third team with their time of 9:50.41.
Marin Maynard earned honorable mention for pole vault (10-feet), while Mary-Kate Eberlin earned All-Freshman honors in the 800 (2:24.39).
For Canton Kendall Kitchen made second team for pole vault (11-feet), along with earning All-Senior team honors.
Alexis McRoberts earned second team in the discus (120-feet, 6-inches), while also getting third team with the shot put (36-feet, 10-inches). She made the All-Junior team in both.
For NEB Gracelyn Laudermilch made second team in the 1600 (5:03.21) and the 3200 (11:00.43). She made the All-Senior team in both.
