BOTH BC PRIDE TEAMS HOST FINAL TOURNAMENT OF THE SEASON (2025-07-28)
Northern Tier Sports ReportWYALUSING — The BC Pride teams hosted an end of season tournament this past weekend. The BC Pride Warner team went 3-2, while the BC Pride Cook team was 2-2.
Warner lost their opener to Rolling Thunder Summer 7-5, but then won three straight: Fury Fastpitch (5-4), Rolling Thunder Summer (17-10), and BC Pride Cook (11-7). They lost to Fury Fastpitch (7-3) to finish as runners-up.
Cook opened with wins over Troy (14-0) and Lady Lightning (10-9), but fell to Fury Fastpitch (3-2). They lost to BC Pride Warner (11-7) in bracket play.
The Bradford County based Lady Lightning went 2-2, as well. They opened with a 7-2 win over BC Pride Warner, then lost to BC Pride Cook (10-9). They beat Troy (11-5), then fell to Fury Fastpitch (6-3).
For Warner, in their lost to Rolling Thunder Emilie Maynard (2-for-3) had 2-RBI with a run scored while Kinley Thoman (2-for-2) scored twice.
Addy Brown (1-for-3) had a double with an RBI as Lexi Mosier and Ellie Adams (1-for-3) both scored. Ailyn Dulaney (1-for-3) had 2-RBI as Paighton Durlan (1-for-3) and Lacee Warner (1-for-4) each had a hit.
Mosier struck out five in the circle.
In the win over Fury Fastpitch the team drew nine walks, three by Duland, as Brown (1-for-1) had an RBI. Adams also drove in a run, with Maynard, Thoman, Brae Cobb, Durland, and Dulaney all scoring.
Mosier went the first 3 1/3-innings with one strikeout, as Thoman went the final 1 2/3-innings with a strikeout.
In the win over Rolling Thunder Abby DeLosa (2-for-3) had a double, a triple, 3-RBI and crossed home, as Adams (2-for-4) had a double, two runs scored, and 3-RBI.
Durland (2-for-3) had a double, a run scored, and an RBI, with Cobb (2-for-3) driving in three runs while striking out two.
Brown (2-for-3) scored twice and had an 2-RBI, as Mosier (1-for-4) had a double with 2-RBI, and a run scored.
Maynard (1-for-3) crossed home three times, with Dulaney (1-for-4) driving in two runs while scoring once.
Warner fanned one in 4 2/3-innings while Thoman tossed the final 1 1/3-innings.
In the win over BC Pride Cook DeLosa (2-for-4) had a home run with 4-RBI, and a run scored, as Adams (2-for-3) had a double with a run scored, and an RBI.
Mosier (2-for-2) had. Double, 2-RBI, and two runs scored, with Maynard (2-for-3) crossing home. Thoman (2-for-3) scored twice, as Warner (1-for-3), Cobb (1-for-2), Dulaney (1-for-2), and Brown (1-for-3) all crossed home.
Cobb had 2-RBI with Brown driving gin one run.
Mosier struck out one in the win.
In the title game loss Dulaney (1-for-2) had a triple with a run scored, as Thoman (1-for-3) and Warner also crossed home.
Adams (1-for-3), Mosier (1-for-4) and Durland each had an RBI while DeLosa (1-for-3) had a hit.
Mosier started, and went 3 2/3-innings, while Warner tossed the final 2 1/3-innings, striking out two.
For Cook, in the win over Troy Callee Warner (1-for-1) had a double with two runs scored, and 2-RBI, while Kaylen Sluyter (2-for-2) driving in two runs.
Riley O’Connor (1-for-2) had a double, two runs scored, and an RBI as Kendall Gallasso (1-for-2) drove in three runs.
Mary-Kate Eberlin (1-for-2), Taylor Aquilio (1-for-2), and Lia Fischer (1-for-2) all scored twice with Fischer getting an RBI.
Kendal Cook (1-for-2) had 2-RBI with a run scored, as well.
Cook struck out four in the win.
In the loss to Fury Fastpitch Aquilio (2-for-3) had a triple with a run scored, as Gallasso (1-for-3) and Fischer each drove in a run. Fischer also scored.
Eberlin (1-for-4), Warner (1-for-2), Cook (1-for-3), O’Connor (1-for-3), and Sluyter (1-for-3) each had a hit.
Cook fanned two in the loss.
In the loss to BC Pride Warner Gallasso (2-for-3) had a double with a run scored, as Cook (1-for-3) also had a double with 2-RBI.
Aquilio (1-for-2) and Fischer (1-for-3) both scored twice, with Fischer also driving in a run. Eberlin (1-for-1), scored as well with O’Connor (1-for-2) driving in two runs.
Cook went 1 1/3-innings with a strikeout, while Warner went the next 3 2/3-innings, striking out three.
For Lady Lightning in the win over BC Pride Warner Zoey Thetga (2-for-3) had 2-RBI and a run scored with Ayla Wheeler (1-for-3) and Maci Campbell (1-for-2) both scored and drove in a run.
Faith Parkhurt (1-for-2) and Xoie Shoemaker (1-for-3) each had an RBI, with Lainey Vosburgh (1-for-1), Madilyn Callear, Alexis McMurray, and Karmyn McPherson all scoring runs.
Callear fanned nine in the win.
In the loss to BC Pride Cook Wheeler (2-for-2) had a double, a triple, 2-RBI, and a run scored, as McPherson (2-for-3) and Callear (2-for-3) both scored, and drove in a run.
Shoemaker (1-for-3) had 2-RBI with a run scored, while Abby Ahern (1-for-3) scored, and drove in a run.
Campbell (2-for-2) drove in a run with Thetga (1-for-3), Parkhurst, and Alexis McMurray (1-for-2) all scoring.
Callear struck out three.
In the win over Troy Callear (2-for-4) scored, and drove in a run, as McMurray (1-for-3) had a double with two runs scored.
Vosburgh (1-for-2) and Shoemaker (1-for-1) each had a double with Vosburgh scoring and driving in a run.
Parkhurst (1-for-4), and Campbell (1-for-2) each scored, and had an RBI, as Delaney Kendall, McPherson (1-for-2), and Ahern (1-for-3) all scored. Wheeler scored twice as Thetga had an RBI.
Campbell struck out one in the win.
In the loss to Fury Fastpitch (Wheeler (1-for-3) had 2-RBI with a double as Ahearn (1-for-2) also drove in a run.
McPherson (1-for-3), Callear (1-for-3), and Kendall all scored with McMurray (1-for-3) getting a hit.
Campbell started, and went two innings with two strikeouts. Callear went the final five with three strikeouts.
