NTL BOYS' SOCCER: TROY FALLS TO MUNCY IN HOME OPENER (2025-08-25)

EAST TROY — Troy dropped their home opener to Muncy, 2-0, during non-league boys’ soccer action Monday.

Muncy scored on a penalty kick in the first half, and then on a near post in the upper corner in the second.

Muncy out shot Troy 8-3 and had a 5-3 edge in corner kicks.

Tim Hornung made six saves in net for the Trojans.

The Trojans open league play on Wednesday against NP-Liberty with a 4 p.m. start.
